Crystal Healing
Crystal Healing uses the energy of crystals to support your wellbeing and realign your energy. Each session begins with a consultation so we can identify which areas of your energy need the most attention and to ensure the session is right for you. This helps me tailor the healing to exactly what you need in that moment, whether its releasing tension, restoring balance or reconnecting with your inner strength.

Energy coaching is a 12 week personalised programme designed to help you understand, manage and raise your energy so you can feel more aligned, focused and empowered in your life .Over the course of the programme we work together to uncover any blocks you may have, strengthen your intuition and create practical ways to flow with energy rather than against it.

Each week builds on the last, giving you guidance, tools and exercises to support real lasting shifts. This is for anyone who wants to feel clearer in their decisions, calmer in their mind and more confident in their own power.
